To get started, please click on the Registration tab located on the top right of the screen or any of the links to the right. You will then be guided through the registration process. PLEASE, read the instructions on the top of each page. We have tried our best to give you the best instructions possible, but if something is not clear, please let us know.
Please be careful when entering birthdates, as this cannot be changed. I find that the most common error, believe it or not, is the birth year. Most common error is putting current year as the birth year.
We will do our best to place players who register by July 31 on school-affiliated teams, but we can’t make any guarantees. Players registering after July 31 will be placed on any available teams for their age groups.
Team are filled by school year: Boys 3rd Grade, Girls 3rd Grade, Boys 4/5 Grade, Girls 4/5 Grade, Boys 6/7 Grade, Girls 6/7 Grade, 8-12 grade will be in the Route 19 Program. There will be Girls 8-12 and Boys 8-12 teams entered in the Route 19 program with Cannon Mac, Peters and USC.
UNIFORMS: Uniforms are mandatory and are at a separate cost than the $100 registration fee. We are collecting information only in case we need to do a mass order and that is why we are asking for shirt sizes and numbers. If you do not own a Fall Lebo Cup shirt, or outgrew your one from last year, please enter the information into the proper area during registration.
Please have a credit card (Discover, Mastercard, Visa) available, or your bank routing number and account number (the numbers are located at the bottom of your check) for ease of payment. On your credit card statement Affinity Software or Affinity Sports will show up as the Merchant.
